Think about Quibi. Remember them? Launched in 2020 with $1.75 billion in funding,And star-studded content. Quibi offered "quick bites" of premium video content in short, mobile-friendly episodes. It seemed like a surefire hit. But with a confusing subscription modelAnd lack of user understanding of its value proposition.Quibi folded within just six months. This isn't just about big-budget flops. Many fantastic apps struggle to gain traction. Here's why:1️⃣ Solving a real problem→ Does your app address a genuine need or pain point for users? → If it doesn't feel essential, users won't prioritise it.2️⃣ User experience (UX) is king→ Is your app intuitive, easy to navigate, and enjoyable to use? → A clunky interface will lead to frustration and abandonment.3️⃣ Standing out in the crowd: → The app stores are saturated. → What makes your app unique and valuable compared to the competition?By prioritizing user-centricity,You can develop an app that people will not only download,But actively use and love. What are your thoughts on building apps users will love? Share your experiences in the comments! #mobileapp #startup #marketing

Kiran, you've hit the nail on user-centricity. Even in our agency, Belov Digital, we prioritize users' needs to create useful and unique web solutions. How do you think we can improve user understanding of their value to the app's success?Alex Belov

Quibi is a great example of a well-funded app that missed the mark.Solving a real problem and having a killer UX are absolutely crucial. If users don't get the value right away, they'll move on.

Here’s how we fixed low engagement in a Meditation app; So, recently a founder reached out to us, And he complaint of low engagement on his meditation app. This meditation app offered a variety of guided meditations, But user engagement dropped after the initial onboarding phase. Now, their meditations were great, App interface and functionality were on point too.Now most founders would think, There is a mismatch between the market needs and the product. But we tried one simple thing. We implemented a gamification system. → Users earned points for completing meditations,→ And achieved badges for consistency. This healthy dose of competition helped users stay motivated,And develop a regular meditation practice. And, we also added; → Guided meditations to help with sleep and moods, → And calm music. The end result? Their engagement shot up, And users enjoyed coming back to meditate. Win-win. Are you struggling with such issues? Building an app is like throwing a party. You need to know what your guests actually want. But, here’s the thing, You can’t just ask them to leave feedback (Unless your app is that bad) That's where A/B testing comes in. To understand what makes your users tick. But how do you do it?→ You show different versions of your app (A vs. B) to small user groups and see which one resonates better. But there’s more; 1️⃣ Go beyond the basics: → A/B test deeper user flows, onboarding experiences, and even in-app tutorials. You might be surprised what small tweaks can have a big impact.2️⃣ Get granular with user segmentation: → Segment your audience based on demographics, behaviour, or in-app activity, and tailor A/B tests to their specific needs. 3️⃣ Think long-term: → A/B testing is an ongoing process. Don't just set it and forget it. → Stay curious, keep testing different elements. Feeling overwhelmed? We can help you craft a winning A/B testing strategy and unlock the secrets your users are hiding. Let's chat!#mobileapps #appdevelopment #founder

Is it the time to ditch pre-built frameworks? Okay, hear me out. Web frameworks are fantastic tools for rapid development, But for truly exceptional web applications? You need to break free from the mold. When your project demands:1️⃣ Unparalleled user experience (UX)Tough to align pre-built frameworks with your vision. 2️⃣ Future-proof scalabilityGot ambitious growth plans? Custom development allows for a scalable architecture that adapts effortlessly to future needs.3️⃣ Seamless integration with legacy systemsFrameworks can struggle with integrations. But custom development ensures a frictionless connection, Optimising workflows and data exchange. The bottom line? Frameworks are valuable tools. But for truly unique web applications? Ditch those frameworks and choose the custom route. #webdevelopment #ux #founder

Let’s create a basic and cheap app, and get those easy $$$$ If you think, basic apps are cheap, stop. A simple app =/= lower costs.(Who is spreading these lies?) 1️⃣ Limited Functionality = Low Engagement = Wasted MoneyWith no exciting features or engaging content, your target audience will leave just as quickly. (This renders your development investment useless.) 2️⃣ Scaling a simple app? Not so simpleCongratulations, your basic app is a hit! Now you want to add features based on user feedback. But wait – building upon a simple foundation can be a nightmare. = costly and time-consuming rework Think long-term. Consider potential future functionalities. ✅ Design with scalability in mind to avoid costly rewrites later.✅ Focus on core features that deliver real value and keep users coming back for more.✅ Factor in ongoing maintenance, marketing, and potential platform expansions during the planning stage.By understanding the hidden costs of "simple" apps, you can make informed decisions and build an app with a brighter, more successful future.#app #appdeveloper #founder
