Ingredients

  • (A) Soft flour : 120g
  • (A) Cocoa powder : 30g
  • (A) Baking powder : 5g
  • きび糖 : 80g
  • (B) Unsalted butter : 40g
  • (B) Chocolate bar : 20g
  • (B) Milk : 100g
  • 卵 : 1個
  • Chocolate (for decoration) : 30g

Time required

Procedure

  1. 1) Make the dough 00:30

    Sift (A) three times.
    Put (B) into a bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
    Mix with a whisk to dissolve.
    Break up the chocolate for decoration.
    (A) Add the cane sugar and eggs in that order and mix with a whisk.
    Add the warmed (B) and mix.

  2. 2) bake 02:53

    Pour 1 into the mold.
    Put the chocolate (for decoration) into the mold.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and it's done.

- Makes 6 muffins.
・The chocolate bars are made with milk chocolate.
Sift the powders to mix evenly.
・You can substitute soy milk for milk.
- In step 1, if any of the mixture remains unmelted after heating in the microwave, heat for an additional 20 seconds.
-Cane sugar can be substituted with granulated sugar or other sugar.
